MISSION

To provide professional domiciliary care for adults 18+, 65+ years, in their own home as requested and planned, all year round, keeping the focus on the individual’s needs.

To provide our service users with a consistent ‘doting’ mannerism whilst ensuring a high quality of care is given and wishes of the service users paramount on each visit.

To ensure every care plan is fully adaptable to the needs of the service user, whilst being agile in approach to changes where requested and beneficial to our service users.

In addition to The Doting Carers’ Mission Statement, the Doting Carers is committed to the 6 C’s - Caring, Courage, Commitment, Communication, competence, and compassion. This means that each member of the Doting Carers Team is expected to fulfill their mission of promoting the wellbeing of clients it supports. To ensure that the Doting Carers Mission Statement and values are always upheld, all team members will abide by the policies in place and will be trained to the highest standards.
